Definitions

In order to make things clearer in general I'm going to give you the definitions of a few key terms I've been using lately.
Manga: A genre of graphic novels, usually japanese.
Shojo: Manga that leans toward girls. Usually involves drama, relationships, high school life, etc.
Shonen: Manga that leans towards boys. Usually involves action, fighting, the main characters a guy, etc.
Anime: An animated/ televised version of manga. Sometimes come before manga, sometimes comes after. Once in a while there aren't manga versions of anime, but there are alot of mangas that don't become anime.
Jpop: Japanese pop music. Any music that originates in Japan and falls under the category of pop.
